| Flavour: | red wine full-bodied, velvety and elegant, with a balanced acidity. |
| Potential ageing: | It can be cellared for up to 10 -15 years, ideally at a constant 14-15°C, laid down and in the dark. |
| Food matching: | Traditionally served with game, grilled and braised meats and full-flavoured mature cheeses. |
