| Taste: | Broad and airy, fully expressing the supple character of cellar-aged Nebbiolos, with an excellent aging potential. |
| Potential ageing: | It can be cellared for up to 10 -12 years, ideally at a constant 14-15°C, laid down and in the dark. |
| Food pairing: | Particularly suitable for going with stuffed pasta, grilled dishes, spit-roasted pork, game and braised dishes, as well as a rich cheeseboard of mature and tangy cheeses. |
