| Aroma: | The nose is sweet, predominantly fruity, with typical notes of morello cherry |
| Taste: | Generous and very elegant, styled to provide a pleasantness which is invariably enhanced over time. |
| Potential ageing: | It can be cellared for up to 15 years, ideally at a constant 14-15°C, laid down and in the dark. |
| Food pairing: | as one of the greatest wines of the world it is recommended with many international dishes, especially with braised meats, game and aged cheeses. |
| Serve at: | Temperature of around 18°C. not to open these great bottles too hastily. To be open at least 2 hours before. |
| Suggested music: | Saint Saens "Il carnevale degli animali: l'elefante "- grave per contrabbasso- or any other music produced by strings instruments giving the sensation of the richness of this wine. |
