Againg:   maceration in contact with peels for about 1 month, and 6 months in Bottle.
Colour:   deep ruby red with violet reflections
Aroma:   perfect blend of flavours such as plum, undergrowth and hints of leather and liquorice
Taste:   Full, mellow and velvety wine, with pleasant notes
Potential ageing:   It can be cellared for up to 5 years, ideally at a constant 14-15°C, laid down and in the dark.
Food pairing:   Ideal with rich dishes, especially white and red meats, game and ripe cheeses
Serve at:   Temperature of around 18°C.
