| Aroma: | The nose is sweet, predominantly fruity, with typical notes of morello cherry. |
| Taste: | Rich and pulpy in the mouth, flavourful and pleasantly harmonious, with silky tannins. The long finish is austere and intensely fruity. |
| Potential ageing: | It can be cellared for up to 7 years, ideally at a constant 14-15°C, laid down and in the dark. |
| Food pairing: | Particularly suitable for going with stuffed pasta, grilled dishes, spit-roasted pork, game and braised dishes, as well as a rich cheeseboard of mature and tangy cheeses. |
| Serve at: | Temperature of around 18°C. |
