| Taste: | Rich and concentrated, with powerful yet soft tannins, very long finish with refined okay notes. |
| Potential ageing: | It can be cellared for up to 10 - 12 years, ideally at a constant 14-15°C, laid down and in the dark. |
| Food pairing: | Ideal with grilled and roasted meats and medium seasoned cheeses. |
