A slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, raspberry and plum. |

It can be cellared for up to 3 years, ideally at a constant 14-15°C, laid down and in the dark. |

Pasta with meat and legumes, Sauteed meat. |
